About the role:

As the Technical Lead of our Business Insights team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and managing a talented team focused on:

• Providing our clients with critical insights and visibility into their business performance
• Leveraging data and AI to empower clients in optimizing their operations
• Collaborating closely with our Data Department and Engineering teams to deliver advanced AI and Data Analytics tools

What will be your impact:

In this role, you will:

• Grow and develop a top-tier team of Software Engineers
• Design robust software architectures that deliver actionable intelligence to clients
• Equip other Engineering teams with scalable AI and LLM tools that enhance their products
• Engage with stakeholders, particularly within the Data Department, to ensure cohesive collaboration
• Mentor your team members, fostering their professional growth and success

You would be a great fit if you:

• Have substantial experience in team management and leadership
• Have experience working with or a strong interest in Data Science and AI
• Prioritize clean, scalable software design
• Are proactive, results-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
