Innovation Lab Specialist (80-100%
Your responsibilities:
In our Innovation Lab we explore business ideas by applying methods like fast prototyping in order to better define the business viability, requirements, value and potential solutions.
- Support the operation of the innovation lab and define/evolve its working methods
- Evaluate feasibility of use cases/concepts by designing approaches to prototype them in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Create clear plans for prototyping or simulating use cases
- Liaise with departments like Human Factors, Safety, Technical, and external vendors to ensure a holistic approach
- Identify, establish, and manage the appropriate prototyping and simulation platforms according to use cases
Your profile:
- Master degree or comparable, specialization in technology or similar
- Engineering background and experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Several of experience in innovation, product development, software development or research and development initiatives
- Strong aptitude working with innovation, uncertainties, and iterative working practices
- Good command in English, French or German is a plus
