Job Overview
Our client, an international medical technology company based in Zürich, is seeking a
Client Relations & Contract Specialist (m/w/d) 100%
to start immediately or by agreement. This role offers diverse responsibilities within a modern, international environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations and coordinate processes related to quotes, contracts, pricing, and tenders.
Prepare and lead review meetings for strategic and operational alignment with sales and management teams.
Create reports and business intelligence analyses based on sales data.
Serve as the main contact for internal and external client inquiries.
Maintain and provide relevant master data, especially regarding products and regulatory requirements.
Manage customer and product master data and support pricing projects and return processes.
Follow up on outstanding invoices, including clarification and approval.
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and other internal departments to optimize workflows and information exchange.
Candidate Profile
Completed commercial training (KV or equivalent) with solid experience in administration and business environment.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, dynamic company.
Excellent Excel skills and proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Teams).
Customer-oriented, high-quality standards, and self-responsibility.
Quick comprehension, precise, structured, and efficient working style.
Analytical thinking, numerical flair, and solution-oriented approach.
Independent work style with strong time and organizational skills.
Fluent communication in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus, with high communication competence.
