Your Contribution:   Take the lead in HR transformation and digital HR projects within the public sector, working with clients such as federal administrations, cantons, municipalities, and state-owned enterprises.

Actively contribute to the modernization of public administration and the enhancement of public services.

Partner with our clients to create innovative HR strategies, design new HR services, and develop target operating models.

Execute various HR initiatives, including efficiency evaluations, process optimizations, and strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, development, and performance management.

Guide clients in selecting and adopting advanced HR technologies, such as supporting the implementation of cloud-based HRIT solutions (e.g., SAP Success Factors).

Play a key role in growing a top-tier HR transformation consulting team, contribute to the enhancement of our services with fresh and creative ideas, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  Required Qualifications:   Educational Background : A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience in the Field : A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.

Sector Knowledge : Demonstrable experience working with public sector organizations or state-affiliated entities.

HRIT Skills : Hands-on experience with implementing HRIT cloud solutions; SAP Success Factors certification is an asset.

Professional Certifications : HERMES certification and other relevant credentials are preferred, along with qualifications in agile methodologies (such as SCRUM, SAFe) and Design Thinking.

Client Engagement : Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, expand networks, and develop industry-specific and functional expertise.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in German (or Swiss German) and English, with French being a plus.
