We are looking for a Test Manager for one of our clients in Geneva.
Organize and supervise test campaigns (SIT and UAT) and ensure the test coverage of each release;
Communicate about the test campaigns (planning, progress,);
Work closely with product owners, business analysts and software suppliers;
Maintain and develop our test catalogue (Xray) ;
Master the test process and contribute to improve it.
A minimum of 5 years of similar experience or as a project manager in Banking Wealth Management;
Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field;
Excellent usage of standard Microsoft office tools and SQL queries.
Knowledge of Jira, XRAY, Karate or Cucumber is an asset ;
CRM/CLM expertise, capable of driving the business (RM, compliance, CF) during the UAT phases
Rigorous, autonomous, and dynamic with good interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for analytical problem solving;
Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills;
Fluent in French and good command of English;
High capacity to handle stress.
