Your tasks: Development and optimization of lamination processes for PV modules Planning, execution, and analysis of process optimization for different materials using statistical DOE methods Tight collaboration with material development team Support in specification and design of laminators together with line engineering team and machine suppliers Support in development of new, high efficient and competitive PV modules (module efficiency, -power, -cost/Wp) Support for the lamination process in production sites Your qualification: Degree in a natural science with specialization in process engineering and/or materials (FH/ETH) Experience in lamination process desired Experience with design of experiment (DOE) Outstanding analytical skills and structured working methodology Experience in photovoltaics desired Technically versed and robust personality with outstanding interpersonal skills Outstanding team player Used to working in a dynamic environment Proficient in German and English, verbal and written communication skills Willing to travel up to 30% of your working time
