Headquartered in Duillier near Nyon, Synova is the pioneer of a revolutionary hybrid laser processing technology — Laser MicroJet®. Synova provides state-of-the-art high precision material processing solutions in various high tech industries such as the semiconductor, diamond, watch industry, automotive, energy and currently also in the space a nd aviation industry.   We currently have an opening for a  VP sales and customer services (with a technical background)  The goal is to increase sales revenue through effective lead generation and sales strategies, analyse market trends, research and identify potential new customers who may benefit from this unique proprietary technology, explore potential new business opportunities and build a strong customer base.   This role requires the following skills and experience :   Technical background with a degree in engineering or a related field, with previous working experience Proven track record of sales success, selling high-value machine tools or similar machinery Ability to expand sales on a global scale and to collaborate with subsidiary companies in different geographic regions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers Strong entrepreneurial mind-set and negotiation skills Self-starter and team leader Ability to source, assess and contact potential customers Ensure customer support upon commissioning of the machines, and follow-up on customer satisfaction Innovative vision to find new applications for this technology High level of integrity and initiative Fluent in English and French, proficiency in other languages (German) is a plus Willingness to travel Preference will be given to CH or EU/EAA citizens but exceptional candidates from 3rd states could be considered Remuneration will be comprised of a base salary as well as a performance-based bonus   What we offer to our team:   A highly motivating working environment with a dynamic team and a state-of-the-art product 5 weeks holidays Private fitness club and relaxing area Flexible working hours Free parking space Flexible pension fund Do you want to join our fast-growing, innovative and progressive company?
