SWISS International Air Lines is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join the Claim Management team and manage warranty claims with precision and efficiency. In this fascinating role, you’ll oversee the warranty process, working closely with suppliers and partners to secure the best outcomes.

Tasks

Your expertise will be essential in evaluating supplier performance, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact within a dynamic and collaborative team. In this position you can partly work in home office.

• Investigate and establish warranty claims in accordance with the contractual obligations of our partners and suppliers
• Negotiate with contractual partners and suppliers to achieve the best result possible
• Ensure that negotiated settlements of claims are balanced and in the accounting system
• Process contractual obligations in AMOS
• Establish AMOS solutions and ideas to improve the system and its handling
• Ensure supplier evaluation and supplier relationship management for defined suppliers

Requirements

If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in negotiation, we encourage you to apply!

• Experience in Aircraft- and/or Engine Maintenance or Aircraft- and/or Engine Engineering
• Very good English language skills – written and spoken
• German language is a plus
• Very good negotiation skills
• Very good understanding of technical documentation such as AMM, EM, SRM, CMM
• Very good understanding of maintenance programs, airworthiness directives and modification documentation
• Good understanding of contractual and legal language
• Communication and presentation skills
• Experience with AMOS is a plus
