Ciklum is looking for a Workplace Architect to join our team full-time in Switzerland.

About The Role
As a Workplace Architect, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and rollout strategy for workplace modernization
- Lead the Active Directory and MS Exchange migration planning
- Design and supervise desktop and software packaging & deployment processes
- Coordinate the virtualization architecture (VMware Horizon)
- Define and improve automation workflows (Manage Engine, Intune, SCCM or similar)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth multi-location rollout
- Create technical documentation and guidelines for engineering and support teams
- Proven experience as a Workplace Architect or similar senior infrastructure role
- Deep understanding of Windows environments, Office/Teams deployment, and business workstation setup
- Hands-on experience with AD and Exchange Migrations, Manage Engine, and virtual environments (VM Horizon)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise deployment planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills in German (B2+/C1), both spoken and written
